Primed & Ready - my trick for THICK lashes

I’m a huge fan of big, black, and full lashes. I always have been…. even when that description warrants what we call ‘spider lashes’.

Trust me, there was a time when they really were like that. I still like them thick and bold, but without the clump.

My old trick for getting thick lashes included using a primer and about 4 tubes of mascara. When ‘spider lashes’ were “out” I steered away from a primer and slowly took myself down to using only two tubes of mascara. Nowadays I like to wear a fuller face again though, and so I felt like my lashes were lacking without the “BAM” that comes from using a primer. Cautious of the clumping effect that can happen by using them, I was hesitant to pick a product.

Tarte honestly doesn’t do me wrong. So when I saw the “Opening Act” primer come on the market, I knew it was the one to take a chance on.

SO. glad. I. did.
